Assistant Manager - Retail Banking

As a Bank Manager or Assistant Branch Manager with retail banking experience, your role involves sales of the Banks products and services to achieve individual/branch business targets. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers to generate new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating and acquiring new leads from existing customers and other sources through marketing calls and customer visits. Cross-selling third-party products like insurance to existing customers is also a part of your responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in generating leads for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) for new customers and increasing balances with existing customers. Moreover, you will be generating leads for various loan products such as housing loans, jewel loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Sales of the Banks products and services - Developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers - Generating and acquiring new leads - Cross-selling third-party products - Generating leads for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) - Generating leads for various loan products - Ensuring timely processing of bank transactions - Reconciling branch accounts and resolving customer queries - Efficiently handling all branch operation-related tasks - Ensuring compliance with the bank's rules and internal guidelines - Monitoring internal controls of the branch - Handling assignments given by the Management - Reporting to the Branch Managers Qualifications Required: - Maximum age limit of 32 years - Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or Officer in public sector banks - Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Managers or Clerk in private sector banks Please note that the company offers benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, and a performance bonus. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at the in-person work location.
