As an Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive/Relationship Manager at First Door Realty in Baner, Pune, you will play a vital role in generating sales leads and managing transactions within the real estate market. Your responsibilities will include networking with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through property purchasing or selling processes. Representing the company professionally and knowledgeably is crucial to ensure successful transactions and client satisfaction. You will acquire clients through various methods such as networking, referrals, and marketing strategies. Attending industry events and conferences to expand your network and generate leads will also be part of your role. Understanding clients" preferences and needs to offer suitable properties or investment opportunities is essential. Additionally, providing guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and maintaining regular contact with clients throughout transactions are key aspects of client management. Listing properties on multiple platforms, creating effective property listings with accurate information and visuals, and negotiating terms and conditions of property transactions are crucial responsibilities. Staying updated with real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements, and preparing reports to advise clients on investment opportunities are part of your role in market research. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations in all transactions, managing paperwork, and documentation associated with property transactions are important tasks. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in a similar real estate industry role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, knowledge of real estate market trends and legal aspects, familiarity with CRM software and online property listing platforms, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the real estate market, and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,
