Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Repayment Operations Department: Operations Location: Pune Key Responsibilities To manage Disbursal, Repayment, Reconciliation & Settlements. Collections Management Payment channel Recon, Repayment management- UPI, NACH, Repayment audit, etc. Manage mid to large size team to drive the Onboarding and Critical Reporting to the Senior Management team. Ability to make operations excellence as the USP of the organization (lowest TAT, highest FTR (First Time Right), six sigma in quality, best productivity. Ensure that there is a strong understanding of the settlement Recon process and ensure for a smooth reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines. Automation and process improvement. Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU. Hands on experience in Driving Automation & System Enhancement project. Qualifications Required Graduation/Post Graduation. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Financial Operations preferably in Bank/NBFC/Fintech. Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
