Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Radio Guide located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with clients, and maintaining quality assurance. The role involves data analysis, resource allocation, problem-solving, and reporting to senior management. The Assistant Manager will also support the planning, implementation, and optimization of various telecommunication projects.

Qualifications

Project management, data collection, and analysis skills
Experience in network planning, design, and optimization (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Wimax)
Excellent communication and team management skills
Technical audit and quality assurance skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in telecommunication infrastructure and installation practices
