JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Chromatographic Analysis

GC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS), FSSAI, NABL, Food Testing Laboratory

fatty acid profiles, tocopherols, sterols, trans fats, pesticide residues

·      Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot chromatography instruments.

Oil Quality Testing & Wet Chemistry

       Conduct a wide range of oil quality tests, including:

·      Moisture content

·      Free Fatty Acid (FFA)

·      Iodine Value

·      Baudouin Test

·      Molybdate Test

·      Mineral Oil Test

·      Halphen Test

·      Acid Value

·      Peroxide Value

·      Bellier’s Turbidity Test

·      Cloud Point

·      Antioxidant level

·      Pungency test

·      Sample Handling & Testing

·      Perform testing on various sample types including:

·      Tanker samples

·      Lot samples

·      Cold-pressed oil samples

·      Blended oil sample preparation for internal evaluations or R&D

Documentation & Reporting
