Assistant Manager - Quality

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled Precast Quality Engineer with 7 years of experience in the precast industry to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of precast concrete products through the implementation of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a proven track record in precast manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding Adani's commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for precast concrete products • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions • Analyze and interpret quality data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes • Provide technical expertise and support for precast design and production teams • Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Conduct training programs for production and quality control staff to enhance quality awareness and skills • Prepare quality reports and communicate key metrics to management • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of quality excellence within the organization

Technical Competencies

Expertise in precast concrete manufacturing processes and standards,Proficiency in quality control and assurance methodologies,Experience with quality management systems and tools,Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in the precast industry Diploma/BE in Civil
