Job Description

Responsibilities

No. Key Accountabilities1 Prepare Inspection Plans & Inspection Reports for all Finished Goods2 Review and update the Inspection procedures in accordance with latest version of Drawings / Standards3 Monitor & Maintain the health of all Instruments / Gauges used for Final Inspection4 Release reports for Inspection and maintain records for the specified time period5 Update status of Inspection in SAP6 Ensure Inspection is carried out strictly in accordance with defined procedures7 Plan & organize all facilities required for Final Inspection & PDI8 Responsible for safe handling & storage of Finished Goods9 Analyze Internal / External Customer Complaints & RCA to identify CAPA10 Trend Analysis & Feedback to Manufacturing based on Inspection Results

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFI-CATIONS:Must:

Diploma In Mechanical Engineering with 5-6 Year Experience Desirable
Bachelor´s Degree (Mechanical or Industrial)

Relevant EXPERIENCE

Must:

Minimum of 5-6 years related experience.
Familiarity with SAP
Application of 7 QC Tools
Preparation of Inspection Reports
Familiarity with SQC Techniques Desirable:
Working Experience in Defense Sector.
Basic knowledge of mass manufacturing concepts
Certified QMS Auditor
