Job Title:

procurement activities

Key Responsibilities:-

Finalize
purchase prices
and commercial terms with suppliers.
Prepare
price comparisons
, cost analysis, and negotiation summaries.
Manage and monitor
purchase orders
end-to-end.
Track
material delivery status
and ensure on-time receipt.
Coordinate
goods receipt tracking
with Stores and SCM teams.
Perform
spend analysis
to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead
vendor development, vendor audits, and performance evaluation
.
Support
new vendor identification and onboarding
.
Ensure compliance with
purchase contracts and procurement policies
.
Apply knowledge of
material science and technical specifications
during sourcing decisions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as
Stores, Production, and Finance
.

Key Accountabilities:-

On-time delivery of materials to support production.
Procurement of
right-quality materials
as per specifications.
Achievement of
best commercial pricing
and cost optimization.
