Job Description

As an Assistant Manager- Project Sales at Merino Restroom Solutions, your role involves meeting influencers in Projects such as Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Contractors, etc. It is important to ensure that sales volumes are achieved by talking about the products, their Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FABs), and getting Merino listed in Architect Bill of Quantities (BoQ), as well as specified in the Drawings. Key Responsibilities: - Meet influencers like Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Contractors to get products specified - Achieve sales volumes target - Generate pipeline three times of the target - Conduct 3-4 productive visits and 8-10 calls per day - Capture visit data live in CRM - Conduct 2 business developments in a month with new clients - Up-selling and managing product mix - Ensure 100% compliance with Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and follow Credit Management policy - Submit all required documents for order booking on time Qualification Required: - MBA or B.Tech In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job requires 5-6 years of work experience in Sales.
