Job Description

As an Assistant Manager- Project Sales at Merino Restroom Solutions, your role will involve meeting influencers in Projects such as Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, and Contractors to get the company's products specified. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales volumes are achieved and that the products are talked about, highlighting their features and benefits to get Merino listed in Architect BoQ and specified in the Drawings. It will be crucial to meet contractors to close the loop where Architects have specified and to generate a pipeline three times the target. Additionally, you will need to meet clients to finalize pricing, ensuring that the specified product is delivered to the site. Your daily activities will include 3-4 productive visits and 8-10 calls, capturing all visit data live in the CRM, conducting 2 business developments in a month with new clients, up-selling, managing product mix, ensuring 100% compliance of DSO, following the Credit Management policy, and submitting all required documents for order booking on time.
