Coordinate team tasks, assist in p Role: A2/B1 Analytics PMO
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to get different types of contracts executed and maintain a tracker for contract expirations
- Handle invoice processing and associated gross/net accounting
- Handle revenue forecasting, project performance monitoring and adjustments
Further support month end activities - File timesheets to ensure accurate tagging of resources ensuring compliance
- Ensure co-cordial relationship with vendor for smooth execution of PO& MRS creation
- Ensure completion of annual compliance activities and mandatory organizational training at account level
- Support internal and external audits through documentation and coordination
- Prepare regular MIS reports and performance trackers as per requirements
- Deliver administrative support across business functions in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and distribute accurate Minutes of Meetings and tracking follow-ups
- Provide shift support across IST/EST time zones
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in PMO or related functions in global companies supporting US time zone availability
- Bachelor s/Master s from a reputed university
background in commerce, accounting or audit preferred - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills
- Skilled in managing virtual meetings and collaboration tools
- Team player with a proactive approach to process improvements
- Experience in consulting or analytics is a plus
