Key Responsibilities Work closely with project lead, cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing Coordinate between multiple projects and cross functional teams Desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objective Identify key requirements needed from cross functional teams and external vendors Identify risk and opportunities across multiple projects Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Ideal Candidate Bachelor s or a Master s degree in Engineering/Management 3-6 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing stakeholders Good understanding of 2 wheeler electrical systems Good knowledge about EV vehicle including components like Battery, BMS, VCU, IoT, Charging Good understanding of hardware and software , firmware Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills Coordination and inter-team dependency mapping Exceptional leadership, Time management, Facilitation and organizational skills Stakeholder management and Conflict Resolution Knowledge on program/project tools, techniques and scheduling MS Office Documentation Education-Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Hands-on engineering
