Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate CRCs projects across multiple departments to ensure timely and efficient execution
Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected project meetings
Define suitable strategies and set clear objectives aligned with company goals
Coordinate inter- and intra-departmental project activities
Develop and manage project activity deadlines
Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure synchronized progress
Provide strategic guidance to project teams that align with organizational culture
Prepare timely reports and summarize meeting outcomes and key action points

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
MBA from a recognized institute
Around 30 years of age
Only Male candidates preferred
