Job Description

Join a 90+ year legacy company with a consistent high growth track record as Assistant Manager for Professional Lighting Sales in Jamshedpur.
Drive market development and revenue growth by educating key decision-makers, contractors, and trade customers on product USPs and company vision.
Responsible for generating leads, managing top consultants and architects, organizing seminars and presentations, securing BOQ and mock-up approvals, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
This role requires at least 3 years of mandatory experience in project sales of lighting products, strong B2B sales expertise, and an established network with private and government customers to ensure business conversion and sales target achievement.
