Assistant Manager - Production Chef

As a Factory Operations Manager for the Frozen Export snack factory, your role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring internal and external consumer requirements are met. You will lead and support the factory team to prioritize Safety, Quality, Cost, Efficiency, and Delivery aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the factory team in servicing internal and external consumer requirements while focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Efficiency, and Delivery. - Develop and deliver New Product Developments (NPDs) on time. - Assist in Monthly MIS & finance cost impact analysis to improve Gross margin by reducing Factory overheads. - Support new product development and manage innovation portfolio from concept to commercialization within the timeline. - Manage projects efficiently to meet key stakeholders" expectations and deliverables. - Ensure timely closure of deliverables through collaboration with cross-functional team members. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of expertise in Frozen FMCG operations and 3 years of NPD exposure. - Background in Food Technology with 7+ years of experience in reputed MNCs. - Excellent leadership and man management skills with exposure to SAP-based working. - Basic awareness of statutory requirements. Desirable Qualifications: - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Google Drive, with advanced knowledge in MS Office and SAP. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, you will also be responsible for maintaining plant safety procedures, optimizing day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations, managing export requirements, and ensuring smooth new product introductions. Your role will involve allocating resources effectively, developing plant staff, and implementing continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency and quality delivery.,
