Assistant Manager - Product Management

As a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Vascular Access business unit, your responsibilities will include new product development, launching products effectively in the market, conducting training programs for users and the sales team, updating marketing and training material, participating in industry-specific events, and evaluating product performance. You will also be involved in pre and post-sales activities, exploring new markets, and implementing sales promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in the medical disposable industry, including sales experience with medical disposables. They should possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain key business relationships, work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and develop effective product and marketing strategies.
