Designation: Assistant Manager - Product Management Office Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore Position Description: We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Product Specialist to manage end-to-end mobile measurement partner (MMP) integrations and ensure seamless campaign tracking across Affle’s platforms. The role combines client-facing communication, technical troubleshooting, product requirement gathering, and cross-functional coordination to maintain smooth data flow, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding. Primary Responsibilities: Manage integrations with MMP platforms such as Appsflyer, Singular, Branch, Adjust, Kochava, etc. Configure and maintain tracking links, postbacks, and data flows, ensuring accurate reporting across internal platforms. Utilize APIs to implement, monitor, and optimize integrations. Gather product requirements for small-scale feature enhancements and support their implementation in internal systems. Stay updated on MMP integration updates and ensure continuous improvement of existing setups. Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, postback failures, and other technical issues. Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and database queries to support troubleshooting and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including third-party platform points of contact, for feature requests, domain activations, and future system enhancements. Ensure smooth end-to-end operation of MMP processes, including account creation, escalation to MMP support, and monitoring integrations. Required Skills: Proven experience of 2-3 years in mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) and their integrations. Strong understanding of campaign tracking, postback setups, and end-to-end data flows. Proficiency with APIs and integrating them with internal platforms. Experience with internal tracking and analytics tools such as Affise. Ability to gather product requirements and assist in their implementation. Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, and database queries. Excellent problem-solving abilities for debugging complex tracking and postback issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for client interactions and cross-team coordination.
