Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions tailored for factory staff, including recruitment, onboarding, full and final settlement, leave encashment, bonus disbursement, appraisals, gratuity management, legal compliance, and employee engagement activities. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with department heads for staffing needs, executing recruitment processes, maintaining relationships with talent sources, ensuring seamless onboarding, handling full and final settlement, managing leave encashment and bonuses, ensuring legal compliance, and developing employee engagement programs. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, proven HR experience in factory operations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, and be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs. - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for factory and field staff. - Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and talent sources. - Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires. - Conduct orientation sessions for new hires. - Handle full and final settlement for departing staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Administer leave encashment, bonus disbursement, and appraisals. - Manage gratuity process as per statutory requirements. - Stay updated on labor laws and regulations. - Implement legal compliance in all HR activities. - Work with legal counsel on compliance issues. - Develop employee engagement programs for factory staff. - Foster a positive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven HR experience in factory operations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.,
