Location: Noida, Sector 62 (PW Head Office) Work Mode: Office-based with required travel Experience : 2-3 Years About Physics Wallah: PhysicsWallah is an Indian online education technology startup based in Delhi and recently became the 101st Unicorn of India. It was originally created as a YouTube channel in 2014 by Mr. Alakh Pandey. We are the first company aiming to build an affordable online education platform for every Indian student who dreams of cracking IIT, AIIMS, and other competitive exams but cannot afford the existing offline or online education providers. Our learning ecosystem includes the PhysicsWallah YouTube channel, the PhysicsWallah App and Website, Paathshala, and Vidyapeeth Centres. We offer lectures for JEE Mains and Advanced, NEET, Board Exams, UPSC, Banking, SSC, GATE, Teaching, Skill development, and other competitive exams through live and recorded lectures. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead Partnerships and Business Development efforts for new initiatives. This role involves identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, managing existing relationships, and organizing events to strengthen collaboration. Excellent presentation skills, good communication, and willingness to travel are essential. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive new partnership initiatives to expand PW’s educational network. ● Manage and nurture ongoing partnerships, especially with schools. ● Plan and execute events that support partnership goals. ● Develop compelling presentations and proposals for stakeholders. ● Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership objectives with business goals. ● Travel as necessary to engage partners and oversee events. ● Track partnership progress and report to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: ● 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnership management. ● Experience in edtech or schooling/university partnerships is a plus. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills (must). ● Ability to build and sustain relationships effectively. ● Comfortable with frequent travel. ● Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude with knowledge of Excel and numbers. ● Team player thriving in a dynamic office environment Show more Show less
