Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the TTS/Panel Production process, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality specifications

Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring all production activities meet design requirements

Monitor daily production activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise to prevent delays and maintain efficient workflow.

Implement quality control measures throughout the panel production process, conducting inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications

Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and meet budget targets

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the panel production area, ensuring safe working conditions for all team members

Identify opportunities for process improvements in panel production, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality

Preferred candidate profile

experience in steel or hull fabrication within heavy engineering, or a similar industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
