Job Description

Job Title:

Assistant Manager OTC (Order to Cash)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end OTC processes including billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Handle client interactions effectively to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor and report on collection activities and outstanding receivables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process optimization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of OTC processes and collections management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
Team handling experience with leadership capabilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period.
Experience in managing large teams and complex OTC operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an added advantage.
