Job Summary:

We are looking for a Assistant Manager – Operations with strong electrical knowledge and hands-on skills to oversee and coordinate site activities. The ideal candidate should be able to manage field teams, ensure smooth on-site operations, and travel between project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field operations and site activities.
• Plan and monitor electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning work.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of all field jobs.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily progress reports and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage field staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and connections.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical tools, safety standards, and field procedures.
• Other Requirements:
• Must hold a valid two / four-wheeler driving license.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Intermediate or Above Computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reports).
