Assistant Manager

As a Contracts Manager in our company, your role will involve drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of contract types, such as vendor agreements, partnership contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and other business contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and compliance requirements are met and conduct regulatory compliance assessments to ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and internal company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and frameworks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate legal and compliance requirements - Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to termination - Identify and assess potential legal and business risks associated with contractual agreements - Provide legal guidance and support for new business models and collaborations Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) / Business Law or equivalent legal qualification - Minimum 5 years of experience in contract drafting and legal/compliance work - Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation - Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills - Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information - Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving regulatory requirements - Familiarity with contract management tools and standard office productivity tools Please note that we may use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of the hiring process, but final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
