Assistant Manager NPD

As a New Parts Development Engineer, your role will involve conducting feasibility studies for new product development, performing various trials to enhance part quality, preparing development plans, and ensuring approval processes are followed. You will be responsible for layout inspection of components according to customer drawings, as well as developing process and assembly drawings based on customer specifications. Additionally, you will handle the development of new parts for different customers, focusing on meeting dimensional, functional, and visual requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Read and understand 2D and 3D drawings provided by customers - Coordinate with the Tool Room, Production, and Quality Control departments for sample development - Implement Poka Yoke, 5S, and Kaizen principles to enhance production processes - Conduct root cause analysis and implement necessary changes for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in new product development and parts engineering - Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Poka Yoke and Kaizen In addition to the challenging role, you will be entitled to benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund.
