Job Profile Title: PLC Programmer Lead Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronic/Electrical or ENTC from a reputed University. Experience: 7-10 years’ experience in PLC programming & Automation domain Technical competency: Managing PLC programming development cycle. Work breakdown as per development plan Task allocation and getting software delivered within projected timelines. Understanding of technical requirement/ functional requirement of project/product and preparing requirement specification Experience on PLC architecture and network topologies. Hands-on experience on programming of different make PLCs, HMI & SCADA. Extensive knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, FBD, ST, sequential function chart Experience on Siemens / Schneider / Beckhoff / Wago PLCs preferred Hands-on experience on design of SCADA and HMI pages Hands-on Experience on different communication interface / protocols like RS485, Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, TCP/IP and networking Implementation of PID control algorithms for closed loop control systems Selection of PLC components, software tools and efforts estimation related to individual projects. Software documentation as per ISO standards – SRS, Configuration Management, Installation Manual, Development Plan, QA Plan, Test Cases, Analysis, etc will be an added advantage Selection of system components related to PLCs & SCADA Resolving onsite issues related to PLC programming during commissioning or during exploitation of product. Experience in Electrical Domain / Power Domain or Machinery Control domain preferred. Knowledge on Distributed Control System will be an added advantage Hands on knowledge and skills on projects related to Defence domain will be an advantage
