Feasibility study of the new product to be developed.
Carried out various trials on parts for improving the quality
Preparation of development plan
Responsible for setting approval.
Responsible for layout inspection of components as per customer drawing.
Development of Process/Assembly Drawing and Child Parts received from customer.
Handling New Product Development of New Parts for various customer
Responsible for Develop product as per customer requirements dimensionally, functionally and visually.
Read and Understand 2D and 3D Drawings of Customers.
Communication with Tool Room, Production, Quality Control for Sample Development.
Implementation of Poka Yoke, 5S and Kaizen
To study root cause analysis and make necessary changes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
