Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Hands-on experience with transmission (gearbox) assembly and testing. Experience with hydraulic assembly and testing. Knowledge of APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 7 QC tools, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, etc. Conducting process and product audits in assembly and testing areas. Preparing quality/production procedures, work instructions, and visual instructions. Knowledge about Millipore and NAS testing. Preparation, review, and control of internal technical documents. Coordination with other departments for line trials, PPAP, ECN implementation, and issue closure (ORC). Ensuring field technical reports (FTRs) and field complaint (CVL) analysis, and providing solutions. Expertise in investigating and resolving quality issues on the assembly line using root cause analysis. Ability to read drawings and knowledge about GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Should have knowledge about the gear manufacturing process.
