Job Summary:

Assistant Manager MIS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain

    HR dashboards

    (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for management review.
  • Perform

    vertical-wise attrition analysis

    and identify key trends and insights.
  • Prepareand present

    PowerPoint presentations

    on HR metrics and dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Create and manage detailed

    MIS reports

    using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
  • Ensure

    HR data accuracy and integrity

    across reports and systems.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to gather data inputs and align reporting with organizational goals.
  • Manage and update

    PMS (Performance Management System) files

    , including employee ratings and performance history.
  • Support HR audits and data requirements from internal or external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and automate recurring reports where feasible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in

    HR MIS

    , HR Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Proficiency in

    PowerPoint

    for creating professional and insightful presentations.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics like attrition, headcount, hiring, performance ratings, etc.
  • Experience handling

    HR data

    , including sensitive employee information, with confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and

    presentation skills

    .
  • Experience working with PMS tools/systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with HRMS or HRIS platforms
  • Data automation or scripting knowledge (VBA, Power Query, etc.)
