HR Entitlements Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
Workday Security roles, entitlements, and access provisioning/deprovisioning
in accordance with organizational policies.
Process and track
access requests
ensuring compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
Partner with HR, IT, and other business teams to resolve access and security-related issues.
Maintain
accurate documentation
for access management processes, approvals, and system configurations.
Support internal and external audits by providing reports, evidence, and clarifications related to Workday Security.
Identify opportunities for
process optimization and automation
within access management workflows.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with HR security policies at all times.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
.
Strong
HR / People Operations background
with
access and entitlements management exposure
.
Working knowledge of
Workday Security
(roles, permissions, business processes).
Strong
documentation practices
and
stakeholder management
abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in
global HR operations
or
shared service environments
.
Familiarity with
HR compliance, governance, and audit
processes.
Exposure to
ticketing/workflow tools
such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues efficiently.
