Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product merchandising plans and strategies.
Support the Category Manager in selecting products that meet customer demand and align with brand vision.
Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock, and avoid overstock/stockout situations.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions on product placement and promotions.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient inventory flow.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Design and maintain attractive displays and store layouts to improve customer engagement.
Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and key merchandising KPIs.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align merchandising efforts.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and new merchandising ideas.
Train sales teams on product knowledge and merchandising guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in
sports equipment, retail, or e-commerce
preferred.
Knowledge of
merchandising principles, inventory planning, and vendor management
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and related software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
