Assistant Manager

You will be expected to build effective relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to develop a high-performing team. Additionally, you will analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results. Directly supervising the business, you will ensure and maintain high-quality standards. Consistently assessing and providing ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members will also be a crucial part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of high school education or equivalent. You should also possess 2+ years of retail or equivalent management experience.
