Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Development Support

Assist in generating leads and identifying potential industrial clients producing hazardous, non-hazardous, or recyclable waste.
Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Market Research & Analysis

Gather market intelligence on industrial waste management trends and competitor activities.
Support the team in developing strategies to acquire new clients and expand service offerings.

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Address client queries promptly and coordinate with operations for service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.
Prepare periodic reports on business development progress for review by senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of
industrial waste types, handling processes, and environmental regulations
is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to acquiring clients.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and comfortable using CRM tools.
