Role Summary
Responsible for leading MIS, financial reporting, cost tracking, and business performance analysis. The role ensures timely and accurate reporting across plants, supply chain, production, sales, and service, enabling management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and financial performance reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Support plant-level reporting: production efficiency, material consumption, cost variances, and standard costing.
Manage inventory MIS including ageing, slow-moving stock, WIP, and finished goods.
Track key working capital metrics: receivables, payables, and inventory KPIs.
Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Build automated dashboards (Power BI/Excel) and improve reporting processes.
Ensure ERP-based reporting accuracy (SAP/MS Dynamics/Oracle).
Support audits, internal controls, and compliance with financial processes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good understanding of manufacturing costing
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
Ability to work cross-functionally with SCM, Production, Sales, and Plant Finance
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven
Qualification
CA Inter / MBA Finance / ICWA / M.Com
8-10 years of experience in MIS, cost reporting, and financial analysis in a manufacturing or engineering organisation
