Understanding and address situation with dealer and transporter to ensure timely unloading of trucks.
Route planning for each dealership destination
Plan and conduct driver training sessions with assigned agencies
Freight analysis and comparison
Carrier operating economics and fleet aeging record
Tracking emerging trends in transportation sector
