· Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end LinkedIn Paid campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads, Dynamic & Text Ads).
· Own budgets, bidding, pacing, and daily campaign performance monitoring to maximize ROI.
· Write strong B2B-focused ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-converting creatives.
· Create targeted account-based lead generation strategies for high-value accounts.
· Run multi-layered ABM campaigns using LinkedIn ads + retargeting + personalized content.
· Use ABM or native tools (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.) to measure engagement and influence.
· Track daily metrics: CTR, CPL, CVR, CPA, lead quality, and LinkedIn lead form performance.
· Conduct A/B tests across ad formats, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
· Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards with clear insights and next-step actions.
· Measure ABM metrics: account engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROAS.
· Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
· Knowledge of ABM tools (Terminus, Demandbase, 6sense) is a strong plus.
· Ability to work with creative teams to develop compelling ads.
