"About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in the corporate lending domain to join our team. This is a critical role where you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, streamlining lending operations, and delivering value-added solutions to support our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, credit teams, and operations to understand business challenges and align technology solutions with business needs. Requirement Analysis: Gather and document requirements for corporate lending products, credit underwriting, risk management, and operational workflows. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the corporate lending lifecycle and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and compliance. Solution Design: Partner with IT teams to design robust solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Regulatory Adherence: Support initiatives to ensure compliance with lending regulations, credit policies, and risk frameworks. Reporting and Insights: Develop business reports, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making. Project Support: Contribute to end-to-end project delivery, including UAT coordination and post-implementation support." .
