1. Drafting & review of various contracts viz NDAs, Marketing Agreement, Supply agreements, Dealership agreements, Material Supply agreements, Leave & Licence, Lease agreements, Consultancy agreements etc.
2. Exposure to handle litigation: Cheque Bouncing cases, Insecticide case, Consumer cases, Legal Metrology cases, Recovery cases etc. Coordination with external advocates and ensure timely filing and compliance.
3. Licensing & liasoning: Timely application for various licences and its renewal viz Insecticide licences, Fertiliser licences, Manufacturing licences, coordination/liaise with sales/C&F team, follow up, collation of documents, Maintaining and tracking status of various licences.
4. Timely responding to insecticide/FCO related notices, maintaining records, files, regular updation, preparation of monthly MIS.
