Followthetemplateslaidbythedepartmenttoensurestandardization.
Advisoryonstructuringofatransactionandlegalclearanceforexecuteddocuments.
MaintainMIS/tracker
DraftingandsendingCustomizedLegalDocuments/Agreements,Notices.
Toaddressthelegalissues,queriesraisedandtoprovidinglegalsupportasandwhenrequired
TohandlematterspertainingtoSec138NIA,Sec25ofPASA,SARFAESIandInsolvencyProceedings.
