We are looking for an energetic, go-getter for the role of Assistant Manager - Leasing (Female preferred) at Future Warehousing Solutions, a leading infrastructure and warehouse developer in India. This exciting opportunity involves leading leasing efforts, leasing warehouse space and maintaining top-line revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lease available warehouse space and maintain top-line revenue through strategic occupancy planning.
• Grow and develop a robust channel partner network to effectively promote warehousing space.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients for business expansion.
• Perform competitor analysis to stay ahead and understand market offerings, ensuring a competitive edge.
• Enhance existing client relations to improve customer experience and explore expansion opportunities.
• Manage all documentation for leasing processes, including renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and renovations.
• Ensure accurate preparation of RFPs, commercial proposals, lease agreements, and documentation for closures, renewals, or expansions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with existing Channel Partners to generate business through direct marketing and networking with IPCs and local brokers.
• Effectively pitch to and work alongside Senior Leadership to align leasing strategies with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential occupiers and industry influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Be prepared for travel to other metros as part of business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a car to accommodate travel.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or equivalent preferred.
• 7 - 8 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or commercial real estate is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of property management principles and challenges.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Proficient in retail and commercial leasing, RFPs, business planning, lease structuring, administration, and sales presentations.
