Job Purpose:

• Track and maintain all leasing records, including agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring they are up to date and properly filed.
• Ensure that all leasing activities follow the established processes, from tenant onboarding to lease renewal and termination.
• Prepare timely invoices for rent and other charges, and collaborate with the finance team for monthly reconciliation statements.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments related to lease agreements, ensuring timely collection of rents and other dues.

• Serve as a point of contact for the finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination related to leasing activities.
• Track upcoming lease expirations and vacancies, and flag them to the leasing team and management for proactive re-leasing.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly leasing reports, including occupancy rates, revenue forecasts, and potential vacancies.
• Assist in addressing tenant queries related to billing, lease terms, or renewals, ensuring all tenant concerns are handled in a timely manner.
• Continuously review and suggest improvements to leasing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  

Skills Required:

• Functional Skills:
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and property management.
• Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and leasing management software.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
