What you will be doing:


1. Delivering Training sessions

•Planning and delivering training for the open enrolment calendar, and other program journeys.

•Driving nominations and training invites.

•Delivering training programs as per the training calendar.

•Minimum hours of training delivery every month - 30-40 hours.


2. Instruction Designing

•Content creation on Instruction Designing Principles

•Exceptional MS Office Skills – MS PowerPoint, Canva, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Note, MS Visio

•Knowledge about AI tools will be an advantage


3. Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

•Partnering with the stakeholders to understand the needs

•Aligning the vendors as per stakeholders needs

•Delivery of the Annual Training Calendar in partnership with the Business


4. Vendor Management & Training Analytics

•Identifying new vendors for training

•Partnering and managing vendors end to end – Registration to final payment

•Training effectiveness and measurement – Knowledge about level 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Kirk Patrick TEM Model


5. Leadership & Team Management

•Must have team management experience (2-4 years)

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&OD professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.


6. Development of Training Programs

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of various departments and levels within the organization.


7. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify learning needs and develop strategies to address them.


8. Continuous Improvement

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices in L&OD.


9. Budget Management & Reporting

•Manage the L&OD budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving strategic objectives.

What you will need for this role:


•MBA in HR (preferred) with 6-9 years of relevant L&D experience

•Administering Docebo or any other LMS platform will be an advantage

•Facilitation Skills. Training certifications will be an added advantage

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills; high quality document & report preparation

•Excellent MS Office skills

•Networking skills

•Agile and self-driven passionate individual
