Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only) 1. Sales Target: Responsible achieving Sales budget of IB Pumps, Spares and Service under SupremeServ at B.O.Jaipur. 2. Sales Network: To liaison with ASC, Contractors, End customers, Industrial Customers, Institutions for Spares , Field Service, Repair, Modification and Replacement of Competitor or existing KSB make Pumps sales. To find out new potential customers & appointment of dealers/ contractors. Regular visits to Customers & ASCs for business development & enquiry generation. 3. Target Fixation: Target fixation of individual Segment IB Pump, Spares including ASC & Contractor Category and Service in assigned area consulting with Branch Manager. Monthly monitoring of budget & corrective actions to achieve the targets. Preparing & implementing Weekly plan for sales activities. Monitoring the effectiveness of ASCs. 4. Training & Development: Sales & Technical support to ASCs. Identifying the training needs of ASC & arranging the same at Plant or local level. Plan for on-site training & technical presentations to Direct Customers. 5. Marketing Activities: Arranging Presentation, Seminars and Energy Audits etc. 6. Offer Submission, Indent for Booking & Forecast: Submission of Techno Commercial offer to ASC & Direct Customers. Sending Indents of ASC for booking. Follow-up on submitted offers. 7. MIS : All Branch related Sales/ monthly reports to management or any special report as desired from time to time. Competitor activities, new development in the market, information regarding new project activity. MIS related to service, product performance, new product requirement etc. 8. Documents & Records: Performing work & keeping records as per company guidelines under ISO 9001-2015 & applicable standards & QN pertaining to Spares, Service & IB Pumps. Keeping documents & records as per latest dealership/ Contractor policy.
