Assistant Manager (Key Account Management)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing key accounts for Karomi, focusing on strengthening relationships with strategic clients in India and international markets. Your role will involve ensuring client success with the platform, driving account growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, aligning their business goals with product offerings. - Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and proactively. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the sales team for conversion. - Lead periodic account reviews, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagements. - Liaise with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation) to resolve client queries and deliver value. - Track account health and usage metrics, ensuring effective platform utilization by clients. - Maintain documentation, update CRM tools, and prepare regular status reports. - Represent the customer voice internally to drive product enhancements and service delivery. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B relationship management, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise tech environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and basic data analysis for account tracking. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, expos, forums, and industry events. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
