Assistant Manager (Key Account Management)

You will be representing Karomi, a leading Enterprise SaaS provider, and its flagship product ManageArtworks, which enables 4000 global and Indian brands to manage artwork projects efficiently. Your role as a Key Account Manager (KAM) involves strengthening relationships with strategic clients in India and international markets, ensuring their success with the platform, and driving account growth. To excel in this position, you must possess strong client management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building long-term relationships with customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution. You will lead periodic account reviews, collaborate with internal teams to address client queries, and track account health metrics to ensure effective platform utilization. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise tech environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude are essential. Experience with CRM tools and basic data analysis, as well as the willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, are also required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Additionally, experience in the CPG, Pharma, or Food & Beverage industry, an understanding of packaging/artwork workflows or regulatory compliance software, and exposure to global client management would be advantageous.
