Knowledge of production process
Knowledge of 8D / Problem solving methods
Man management and team handling
VDA 6.3 knowledge
Certified for IATF 16949 Internal Quality Audit
Knowledge of inspection equipment
Customer complaint handling
Internal Audit Knowledge , covering product , process and systems
Knowledge of 2nd party audit
Knowledge of COPQ and actions
Single point contact for customer quality , good communication skills oral and written
Lean / Six Sigma exposure or certification
Daily Review of Internal Rejections
Introduce and monitor improvements to reduce internal rejections.
Knowledge of production /Visual Inspection process
Instruments and Measurements knowledge - Vernier, Gauges etc
Knowledge of 8D / Problem solving methods
Inspect the quality of finished products and run tests
Determine root cause of Faulty products
Knowledge for IATF 16949 Internal Quality Audit
Knowledge of inspection equipment
Internal Audit Knowledge , covering product , process and systems
