Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Project Monitoring & Progress Review:

  Oversee and track the overall progress of the 5440 TPD project, ensuring milestones are met and any deviations are promptly addressed.

• Preparing MIS (Management Information Systems):

  Create and maintain regular reports for Head Office (HO), including project updates, financial status, and key performance metrics.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Liaise with the project team, accounts department, and other internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information and resolve any operational or financial challenges.

• Capex & Fund Monitoring:

  Monitor capital expenditures (Capex) for the project, manage fund flows, and ensure that the financial aspects of the project are under control.

• Budget Planning & Financial Forecasting:

  Develop and monitor budget plans for the project, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and timelines.

• Costing & Operational Review:

  Perform periodic costing reviews and operational assessments of the oxygen plants at Dolvi,ensuring optimization and addressing any cost discrepancies.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Education:

• Qualification: B.Tech (Engineering) with MBA in Finance or an equivalent finance-related degree.
• Other relevant finance qualifications will be considered.

• Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or project management sectors.
• Experience in project finance, budget management, costing, and MIS reporting is essential.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of project costing and fund monitoring techniques.
