The position aims to generate sales in the International Markets to cater the Private Label manufacturers and traders.
- Manage International sales activities.
- Implementing the sales strategy across all geographies to achieve the assigned top line targets
- Capability to identify trading opportunities in existing and emerging geographies.
- Capability to identify competitors and develop plans in consultation with the reporting manager
- Identify and create a strong network with the Private Label players across the globe.
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives in the assigned market for private labels (SKUs)
- Maintain customer relationship, competitor bench-marking and analysis of market data
- Provide market information to the management team for effective decision making
- Participate in international exhibitions and be the brand ambassador of the Organisation
- PG / Graduate with Management Degree
- Around 8 to 12 years of experience in Beverages / Confectionery / FMCG industry
- Should have strong exposure to global markets and experience of working with international clients
- Should possess strong experience in private labelling
- Should possess good experience of B2B segments in Beverage / Confectionery / FMCG industry across multiple locations across the world
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should possess excellent negotiation skills
- Should be open to travel ( domestic and overseas ) on business needs
- Should possess a valid Indian passport
