Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business development.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize revenue generation.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry landscape and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
