🚀 We’re Hiring | Strategic Business Analyst to CEO – Mining Division at Infra.Market 🛠️🌍 Infra.Market is rapidly expanding its footprint in the Mining and Green Energy sectors – and we’re looking for a sharp, high-performing Business Analyst to work directly with our CEO on driving strategic decisions, performance excellence, and new opportunities. You will be working with former CEO of a global mining company to grow the business from scratch. 🎯 This isn’t just a job—it’s a launchpad to leadership. 🔹 What You'll Do : Partner with the CEO on growth strategy, business transformation, and execution Lead data-driven business analysis across operations, commercial, and marketing functions Support new business initiatives and evaluate investment/expansion opportunities Benchmark industry best practices to fuel operational excellence & innovation Drive stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment 🔹 Who You Are : 🎓 An engineering graduate (first class) from a reputed institute 🎓 Preferably an MBA from a premier B-school 🧠 2–3 years as a Business Analyst to CEO/BU Head + 2–3 years in Mining Operation 💼 Passionate about business excellence , growth strategy & continuous improvement 💬 Strong communication & commercial acumen Ready to work in a high-velocity, entrepreneurial environment Show more Show less
