Job Description

Responsible for managing and resolving high-severity incidents promptly to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate the root cause of incidents and implement preventive measures.
Develop and maintain incident management processes and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Lead post-incident reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions accordingly.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure that incidents are resolved within the defined SLA guidelines.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to enhance incident management procedures.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding incident trends and resolutions.
Monitor incident trends to proactively address recurring issues and improve overall system stability.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proven experience in incident management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management best practices.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in preparing reports and conducting post-incident reviews.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
