Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and resolving high-severity incidents promptly to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate the root cause of incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead post-incident reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions accordingly.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure that incidents are resolved within the defined SLA guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to enhance incident management procedures.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding incident trends and resolutions.
  • Monitor incident trends to proactively address recurring issues and improve overall system stability.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in incident management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in preparing reports and conducting post-incident reviews.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
